# Code of Conduct

#### 1. Respect and Safety <a href="#h.ywbnu2j6jd4z_l" id="h.ywbnu2j6jd4z_l"></a>

* No Death Threats or Harm: Threats of any kind, including death threats or harm towards other players or staff, will not be tolerated. Such behavior is taken very seriously and will result in severe consequences.
* No Harassment: Harassment, including any form of intimidation, bullying, or personal attacks, will not be tolerated.

#### 2. Identity and Representation <a href="#h.t9z4o6vr3i6s_l" id="h.t9z4o6vr3i6s_l"></a>

* No Impersonation: Impersonating another player or staff member is strictly prohibited. All players must be themselves and should not pretend to be someone else.

#### 3. Begging and Solicitation <a href="#h.4l054epv9w5p_l" id="h.4l054epv9w5p_l"></a>

* No Begging: Begging for items, money, or any form of assistance is not allowed. Please refrain from asking others for freebies or favors.

#### 4. Integrity and Fair Play <a href="#h.5b5bwxa07di3_l" id="h.5b5bwxa07di3_l"></a>

* No Bypassing: Attempts to bypass rules, restrictions, or any security measures are strictly forbidden. Cheating, exploiting glitches, or using unauthorized modifications is not permitted.

#### 5. Inclusivity and Respect <a href="#h.7m703e270cws_l" id="h.7m703e270cws_l"></a>

* No Discrimination: Discrimination of any form, including but not limited to homophobia, sexism, and racism, will be dealt with severely. All players and staff are expected to show respect for others regardless of their background.

#### 6. Adherence to Terms of Service <a href="#h.27sm1tr4e1xx_l" id="h.27sm1tr4e1xx_l"></a>

* Follow Discord TOS: All players and staff must comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
* Follow Minecraft TOS: All players and staff must comply with Minecraft’s Terms of Service.

#### 7. Consequences <a href="#h.misk4x3nrf7u_l" id="h.misk4x3nrf7u_l"></a>

* Enforcement: Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate actions, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.

#### 8. Reporting Issues <a href="#h.io84eb1094l4_l" id="h.io84eb1094l4_l"></a>

* Report Violations: If you witness any behavior that goes against this Code of Conduct, please report it to the staff immediately. Your reports help us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
