# Staff FAQ

## How do Become a Staff Member?

Becoming a Staff Member on Cast Network is as easy as going to our Discord and going to support and makeing a ticket. Be sure your ticket it formal and respectful. 

## What are the Requirements?

Cast Network only has a few requirements, to be apart of our team. \
The few requirements are listed below:

* Adhere to all Discord rules.
* Adhere to all Minecraft rules.
* Adhere to all Cast Network rules/staff rules. 

## What do Staff Members do / How to become one?

All staff memebers work very hard to become staff and stay staff. All ranks besides Manager and Dev are possible to get, Dev and Manager are special ranks that have to be requested. \
The roles and activities are listed below:

* Trainee > Mod chat, fill out reports. 
* Helper > Reviews reports, punishing as needs. Make's reports. 
* JrMod > View reports from Helper's & Trainee's. 
* Mod > Team lead for the staff under them, View 
* SrMod >
* Manager >
* Developer > Make custom plugins, sciprts.  
* JrAdmin >
* Admin > 
* SrAdmin > 
* Owner >

## How Much am I Paided?

All staff members are a volentary. However Developers may get paided if we find it nessarcy.
