# I was Punished, now what?

## What to do 

Right when you get banned, record all data, this will help prove it was a false ban. Head over to our Discord, under the "Support" Category, there will be a "Tickets" Channel, go there and click appeal. In this appeal, please be kind, as it will only better your chances. Fill out the questions on screen, and send any proof you have. If you don't have any recordings, or videos, please be honest with us. 

## What do I Say

Be honest, we love honesty, if you are cheating, but be honest, your ban will most likely get lowered. Don't be rude, we will not put up with rude players. Our system is where we are correct until you can prove your ban is false. Being rude and cussing at us, will not help you and lead to us not wanting to support you. Don't ping staff, at the top of your transcript, it will show you the time that it will take to get to your ticket. If you ping staff in your ticket, it will make the wait longer. 

## I Got Denied

If your appeal got denied, you can make another one every month (depends on punishment). If a staff member asks you to stop submitting them, please stop making them.
