# I Bought a Rank, now what?

## First of All

Thank you for your purchase! All money we earn will go straight back to hosting and custom plugins, we hope you enjoy your rank!

## I Didn't Get My Rank

Please wait at least 15 minutes as our system may need some time to verify your purchase. If you have waited longer then 15 minutes, please create a billing ticket in our Discord. Do this by /Discord in game, then going to the Support tab, then the Ticket Channel, once here you will see a button called "Billing" Click that and fill out the questions.&#x20;

## How do I Make a Good Ticket?

Make sure your ticket is easy to read and understand, don't ping staff. We understand you want your purchase, however, all of our staff is volunteer and we have lives outside of Minecraft. Your ticket will be handled promptly, provided your Tebex Code, which you can find in the inbox of the billing account you used for the purchase.

## I Want a Refund

As stated in [Refund Policy](/cast-wiki/policies/editor.md)we do not allow players to make refunds.&#x20;

#### Why?"

There are many reasons why, however, the main one is, we can't once a player buys an item, we most likely use the money right away, or put it into saving for new game modes. If we were to refund it, it could hurt our system.&#x20;

#### What if I Make a Payment Dispute?&#x20;

We don't suggest that, as it will result in a permanent ban from our server. And a permanent ban from Tebex (Our store host), this means most Minecraft stores you will not be able to use. Luckily for us, this does not affect us as Tebex supports us when these happen.&#x20;
